Sandvik TS490 LHD

The Sandvik TS490 is a purpose-built underground hauler designed for moving shields and other longwall gear. With a 40-tonne load rating, it operates in the upper tier of heavy-duty machines and is engineered to handle demanding longwall recovery work. Big Tyre manufactures new sold rubber wheels for the Sandvik TS490, including low-profile wheels with a chevron tread pattern, smooth treaded wheels and diamond treaded wheels suitable for use with tyre protection chains. We also rebuild existing wheels, producing a like-new product at a significantly lower cost and reduced lead time. Big Tyre also supplies new RUD Erlau tyre protection chains, either individually or pre-fitted to new or rebuilt wheels.
